Great accomodation, receptionist was friendly and could speak good English. She offered to keep our bikes indoors which was really nice. The afternoon tea is included in price. Overall I was very satisfied!

The main thing that was disappointing was the cleanliness. The floor was dirty, and the curtains were dusty. I also noticed a bit of blood on the bedding sheets. The tv was also outdated and some of the lights had issues. The view was nice enough and the shower water was nice and hot. However, the nonslip bath mat looked a bit old so I risked not using it.

整體不錯
住了十一天，大致上整體不錯，附近有不少高性價比的按摩店，交通亦算方便。 唯一有些意見的是，洗衣服的設施和浸浴因為政策問題暫時取消，但沒有更新通知在網站上。 幸好職員亦給了不少解決方案。 如果有門牌可以掛在門上，給員工知道要不要清潔房間會比較好。

房間WIFI訊號微弱，櫃臺服務雖很熱誠，卻無法即時解決問題。建議購買WIFI訊號放大/連接器，提供給需要的房間使用。淋浴房下水慢，應定期保養清理下水，建議解決。以整體來說，C/P值仍高，可以考慮。

入住時應該將早餐卷給住戶，不是要退房了才說有早餐卷，兩天自行購早餐食用，這點請飯店業者一班是入住時就給早餐卷，第一次遇到退房才給，覺得不可思議。

有歷史感的老飯店，值得推薦的是停車場寬闊、周圍離文華市場很近，市場內超多美食：馬莎鱔魚意麵、小上海鹽酥雞等等；飯店人員服務親切、房間簡約乾淨！
