Very clean, though the lighting was a bit dim. While it was a tad hard to find initially, its great location made up for it. Definitely would stay at this location again!

Right around the outskirt of the busy Ximending area which gives the location a nice balance of quiet when in hotel but convenience when going out/returning (about 10 minutes' walk from Ximen station. Facilities are acceptable and the room is relatively clean. There is always a staff at the counter or available at a bell ring's notice. Staff are generally friendly and helpful. Do take note the main entrance is locked after 12am (if i remember correctly) and need to be unlocked via the room key.

Staff were good. Facilities were mediocre. "Soundproofing" was non-existent. Reviews are incorrect in saying that there is a microwave. There is only a toaster oven. Lighting was terrible. Some lights don't turn off and the control is also bright and on the whole time. Laundry is handy but is very popular.

The room is spacious. The hot water strength is good. They supply one bottle of body wash and shampoo all in one. The lighting is too dim for my liking. I like the free pastries and coffee in the morning. I like their free laundry service. Very central and convenient to walk to the train station, about 8 minutes walking. Will be back again.

The wifi in the room wasn't working at all. The sharing area on 2nd floor, there were supposed to be some snacks and drinks provided 24hrs, but visited twice. Nothing was there at all.

酒店在西門町很方便卻也很安靜 沒有大街的吵鬧聲 離西門捷運6號出口走路7-8分鐘的時間 酒店很乾淨就是室內有點暗 酒店附近吃飯選擇也很多 附近也有屈臣氏便利店很方便 最重要附近有阿宗麵線/永和豆漿/程味珍滷肉飯這種有名的食店 走路距離6-7分鐘都可以到！

Room is perfectly cosy and clean. Nice tub too. Smacked right in ximen ding makes it easy to walk around and shop. Only thing is it’s in an alley so might not be easy to locate the hotel.

stayed 3 nights at this hotel. i gotta say, this is a hidden gem from all the bustling scene of Ximending.. although it is a slight walk from the nearest Ximen MRT, you will be walking past plenty of shops and still quite an enjoyable one. The hotel entrance is located in a small alley with some skateboarding shops, men's barbers, streetwear shops surrounding it. We had a double bed room for 3 nights, and the hotel room was clean with good amenities provided (electric bidet). I have to compliment on the front desk staff, despite the on-going COVID virus, they are very professional and friendly and very helpful in our requests. Kudos to them! Will definitely return to this hotel for future trips if i were to stay at Ximending.

Very good experience with this hotel
Everything in the hotel condition was new. Service given by their front desk was 10/10. Cleanliness 10/10. 10mins walk from Ximen exit 6 (which is acceptable) Would definitely go back to this hotel for my our next trip to taipei.

Nice and cozy hotel near the shopping area Xiemen. The staff are friendly and helpful. It has a free snack bar area with bread, sandwiches, coffee, etc. I had an enjoyable 2-night stay in this hotel. The only downside I could think of is that when using elevator, you can only access your floor with the room card. My parents’ room is on a different floor which can only be accessed using a different elevator. That means every time when I need to go to their room, I have to ask them to go down to G/F to pick me up. It would have been nice if we are given two room cards for each room.

So comfortable, I wanted to hide out there forever
I booked this hotel mostly based on value and on previous reviews...and I was not disappointed! It was a bit hard to find - an all-black building, accessible via tiny side streets only - but that contributed to the sense of coziness. The room was a not very large, but was super-clean, super-modern, and had all the things I needed for my basic luxory. The bed was super-comfortable and I found myself having trouble leaving it. The room had a nice view of a downstairs garden. Maybe I was lucky and there were not a lot of guests, and probably also due to the hotel's location, the room was extremely quiet - I didn't hear anything the entire time I was there. Would highly recommend for any single traveler.

We stayed at level 2, which is near the common area for breakfast. As it is opened 24h, This group of tourists hung out there and played games even near 12midnight. When we called the reception to feedback, they said that they were not able to do anything because the area is opened 24h. We thought that the staff could at least ask the group to lower their volume. The room was clean but the air was very dry. We felt rather suffocated and felt like there was no air in the middle of the night. However, environment is clean and hotel is located quite near Ximen metro.
