鄰近捷運站、生活機能方便 周邊生活機能完善方便、硬體設備也維持不錯、房間外有陽台、早餐也不錯！ 唯二須改善是隔音不好及浴室防滑不佳。 其他都還可以

優點～ 地點：徐匯廣場據運站旁 床鋪：乾燥舒服睡得不錯 餐點：早餐算精緻味美且座位舒適 時長：能到中午才退房，休息時間足夠 缺點～ 忽視需求：要求浴缸房，沒安排卻沒先通知溝通 環境髒亂：浴室地板很多前房客長髮未整理、髮夾也沒收、地毯不少垃圾碎屑、還有莫名白色小生物（衣魚）等！ 隔音：斜對角房客的幼兒整晚笑鬧清楚可聞、影響休息！ 整體來說，觀感略差、相較數年前的住房體驗；這次真的失望至極！ 後續若有其他選擇、應該不太會再入住。
