"We took the Hida from Nagoya and as soon as you exit, it is a shoe 5-minute walk to your right. The check in was through a kiosk and staff was there to assist if needed. After checking in, the staff explained all of the features of the hotel including the barefoot policy, the onsen and the included nightly ramen service. Our room was spacious with a tea service container on the table. The amenities included a double and single bed, refrigerator, makeup area for my wife, a television (never used while we were there!), and a very nice bathroom. The onsen on the 13th floor had a waiting area with public men’s and women’s onsens along with three private onsens. Also on the 13th floor was a laundry room with two washers and two dryers. Washing was free and the dryer cost 100Y for 20 min. The hotel was very close (10 min walk) to the old town and the daily Miyagawa outdoor market. An amazing hotel that I’d recommend 100%!"

"Amazing hotel in a great location close to the old town, morning market and Sake shops. The room was big and had everything we needed. Hotel also had free drinks from 5pm and breakfast service which was an incredible traditional Japanese breakfast. Hotel had a spa room and also accepts tattoos. Highly recommend and would stay again!"

"Check in was fast and the front desk personnel were able to speak English well. We reserved a room that had two twin beds and an adjoining tatami mat sitting room that could also function as additional bedroom with futons. The room and bathroom were very clean and in great condition. There was even a washing machine in the room so we could run a load of laundry. (It is also a dryer). Breakfast buffet was good and we also had dinner there one night; you can choose a main course (sukiyaki, etc) and also get the buffet to go with it. The staff is very efficient and friendly. The location is fantastic as it is right next door to the train station and the bus station and a short walk to the Old Town. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay there again."
