"Nice, homey alternative to the big resorts. Very good location and very close to the restaurants in the area. Breakfast was simple toast and eggs. We didn't read our booking closely enough and didn't realize there was a shared bathroom, but we are not picky and it was fine and quite clean. Only very minor complaint would be there were only 1 pair of towels provided (and no hand towels) and no bath mat to dry off your feet outside the shower."

"This property was nothing short of Amazing. Every restaurant, even room service had amazing food. I have never been to an all-inclusive resort where I didn’t leave to go eat. This was wonderful and so worth every penny spent. The staff and I mean the ENTIRE staff was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. Secrets surpassed every expectation I had for this trip. I’m convinced that I will look for a Secrets for every trip moving forward. Thank you TULUM. "
