Things to note: • WiFi was sometimes spotty in certain areas. • It’s best to reserve the specialty restaurants early since spots fill up quickly. "The whole resort was amazing overall—It was beyond our expectations! We were in room 6210 from Sept 26th- October 3rd. The room was Massive & super clean, Luiza was great when we asked her for room cleaning. We never felt sketched out or felt like we had to keep looking back at anybody Every single person that worked at the resort were friendly and had smiles on their faces. Ricardo R. Was one of our regular server at the restaurants we went to and he was really helpful, very nice & took care of us very well! I wish I memorized everybody’s names because they were all great. I’ve already recommended this resort to people I know! They won’t disappoint! "
