The breakfast buffet is ample with a mix of Asian and Western options. We opted to use the spa, which was a relaxing and pleasurable experience. They could improve their commitment to environmental sustainability, such as offering water dispensers and refillable toiletry dispensers instead of using plastic bottles. The hotel did receive a bus load of mainland Chinese tourists, who were quite loud in the hallways and breakfast area. "Stayed for 4 nights and it was lovely. Breakfast was good, an easy walk to the night market. Any questions we had were quickly answered by staff. Room is a little rundown but nothing incredibly noticeable unless you really focus on it. All in all would definitely stay next time I come to Melaka."
