I booked Alltrue Hotel Bintan after leaving another hotel due to safety concerns, and I’m glad I did.
The hotel felt much safer, cleaner, and more comfortable. The room condition was much better, and I was able to finally settle down properly for my solo trip. As a solo traveller, feeling safe in the room is very important, and Alltrue gave me that peace of mind.
It may not be a beach resort, but it works well as a comfortable base in Tanjung Pinang.
What stood out most was the service....

We stayed at the Sanchaya for a weekend. It was my husband birthday. Everything was amazing. By far the best hotel I've stayed in my life!!! They gave us an early check in and late check out... they even bake a surprise cake for my husband... it was a big surprise even for me... They think in advance, their you by the first name... no words to describe how wonderful was our weekend at The Sanchaya.

Only thing that can be improved is the food quality and options available within the resort, especially at the activity centre. Options are quite limited and the quality is 5/10 tbh.
If you have time, it’s highly recommended to take cab out to Pujasera and try out their local hawker. Cheap and yummy!
