"Clean room good breakfast nice staff"

"The resort is beautiful. Large spacious clean bedrooms and bathrooms. The bathtub was huge and an amazing design. Delicious breakfast. Staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The kids club could do with a refurbishment, but they did different activities with them every day which they enjoyed."

"Very noisy, a bar next to the hotel plays loud music until 2 am. Staff have no English skills, and seem uncomfortable with foreigners. They asked for a refundable deposit which was never returned. Not a good value for the money."

"I would absolutely stay here again. The breakfast was tasty with an excellent variety. The room was clean and I loved the lighting options which maybe sounds silly but after a long day it helped to wind down. Every staff I encountered was kind and helpful. The international plug was a nice surprise. Steps away are some food options and a convenience store. The property was close to the airport and away from the high traffic areas which is my preference during a vacation. "

"Welcoming was great and staff are very polite. Rooms were okay but very outdated. Found a cockroach dead in the bathroom and highlighted it to the staff but nothing was done about it despite them saying it will be sorted which was very disappointing. Paid extra for the breakfast but I wouldn't recommend it. Very limited breakfast and doesn't cater for majority of diets. Location was quite good as shops and markets were close by. "The staff were excellent—friendly, courteous, and very helpful. The Jelapeng restaurant’s à la carte menu was excellent. The dishes were flavorful and consistently served hot, clearly prepared fresh upon ordering. Breakfast was fresh, but the variety was limited. It would be great to have more options. For example, the fruits were consistently only watermelon and pineapple. A handheld bidet spray is not available in the toilet. Instead, there is a water hose with a wall-mounted valve. For...

"would stay here again no problem. large room with a balcony with a nice view which was a bonus. 25min walk to shops and bars. 20 ringgit grab ride to beach / resorts world. check out the blarney stone bar for sports. nice atmosphere"

We even got a nice Motobike ride with our boy in the village. They also rent bikes to trip around the island or support with long time taxi over the day."
