"We had a wonderful stay at Wyndham Garden View, Kuta. The location is excellent, and the hotel is clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. A special thank you to Yuda, Kenan, Vania, and Kumala for their exceptional hospitality, kindness, and professionalism—they truly made our stay special. We would also like to thank all the other staff for their friendliness and excellent service throughout our visit. We sincerely appreciate everyone’s care and would love to return again. "We enjoyed our stay here very much! It is TOTALLY worth staying here for a day or two. You get first access to saying good morning to the elephants before all the day-trippers arrive, and it's lovely to walk around the park in the evening. We came in Jan/26, so the park was very quiet guest wise. Breakfast and dinners were great (not included for us) and reasonably priced. As for the treatment of the ellies - they are well taken care of and have a much better life than before their arrival to Mason. Please watch the informative video, and talk to the mahouts. They are knowledgable and happy to answer questions! AS OF JAN 25 there are no more elephant rides - which was fine by us!! Just happy to be around such big beautiful gentle creatures. "
