"They make everyone remove shoes before going in - well someone stole my shoes and they did nothing to find out who and how... Also - one night we woke up while one of the workers was going through our stuff in our room! He seemed drunk. The hotel explanation was sleep walking... go and figure. "I absolutely loved Q Lodge. Myself and my boyfriend stayed there for 17 nights and I would highly recommend this to anyone heading to the Hakuba snow resorts. We found the customer service to far exceed our expectations. The lodge itself seems to be set up for shorter stay, which is an explanation for my only issue which was the cleanliness of the room.
