"I sincerely have no complaints about this hotel! From start to finish, everything was wonderful. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff were incredibly helpful, providing us with maps, recommendations, and anything else we needed. The room was spacious, very clean, and beautifully updated. Housekeeping was also exceptional. Due to the heat, we spent quite a bit of time inside, so we requested morning housekeeping while we were out, and they did an amazing job every time. The location was also great—just a few minutes’ walk to the train station and close to several bus stops and other public transportation options, making it easy to get around. The rooftop restaurant was beautiful, and although we only tried the breakfast buffet once, we really enjoyed it and thought there was a great variety of options. Overall, I truly have no complaints and am so happy we chose to stay here. I would absolutely stay here again!"

"The hotel is located in downtown Rome, close to Termini train station, the metro, and public bus stops. From the hotel, many of Rome's attractions are within walking distance, or just a metro or public bus away. We liked the hotel ambiance, good breakfast, clean room, spacious bathroom, and evening music in the backyard patio. This is our second time at this hotel, and I am sure my wife and I will come back."

"Perfect location next to Termini, staff was incredibly nice—the nighttime bellman had to come up several times because our daughter was ill with food poisoning and he was extremely gracious in cleaning and resetting her bedding that had been unfortunately the victim of her upchucked dinner. He even brought her some lemon slices and honey to settle her stomach. The room itself is dated but sufficient, the power adjustable and vibrating bed came in handy to soothe lower back pain. The only suggestion I’d have is to re-do the bath/shower. While it was fine for one night, an extended stay would be annoying because it was basically just a bathtub with a showerhead sprayer installed about 5-1/2 to 5-3/4 feet above the wall (i.e. not for the tall people) and then a glass divider covering half the length of the tub to prevent spray from going everywhere, which didn’t really work. The owners should install true walk-in showers or at least install curtains and re-do the showerheads. Remove 1/2 star for this."
