"Florence is a relatively small city so we loved that this property was not in the heart of everything (Duomo) and yet comfortably walkable to get to . We booked the junior room, it was spacious, clean and the bathroom had a lovely rain shower too. The complimentary spa was refreshing to use - we tried the sauna and jacuzzi. Breakfast was a fairly wide spread and the staff were all welcoming and pleasant. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it!"

The room was beautifully cleaned by Maria and the property was beautifully looked after. We loved the breakfast and location with only a short walk to the Duomo. The staff were very helpful. "Staying at Il Villino was an excellent experience. Barbara and her family/staff operate a lovely bed and breakfast that is like an oasis in the middle of a very busy city. Our room was maintained impeccably . We had a view of the Duomo from our window. The breakfasts were amazing - including bacon, eggs, croissants, cheese, pastries, fruits, cakes and Canadian like coffee. The main floor offers an authentic and beautiful Italian courtyard where you can have breakfast or enjoy a glass of wine...
