"Highly highly recommend. The hotel is small and intimate in a residential area away from the touristy chaos. I couldn't find the check in instructions so sent a message via expedia and the owner Francesco called me within minutes with instructions. Very soft pillows, great hair dryer, tea, espresso and snacks provided 24/7. Anddd, aside from a cute breakfast pastry buffet, Francesco cooks each guest pre-selected breakfast meals (I got the veggie omelet both mornings), and is present to answer...

"This Apartment was absolutely perfect. It is very nicely updated, luxurious and very clean. It is located only steps from the Duomo and 1/2 a block from the Tram that takes you to the Florence Airport. Lorenzo, our host, was wonderful at communication, and was very accommodating when we travelled into Florence and met us to give us the key.
