"Got stuck at condo security for a while. Due to early arrival, had to wait for on-site contact for a while. PIN code to enter apartment did not work in the next morning for some reason.
Otherwise good stay and nice apartment."

"I did not receive any instructions prior to arriving at 14:55. I tried several times to ring the number given but could not get an answer. I was forced to book another hotel. At 15:50 I received a WhatsApp message asking me to join a group chat but that was too late. I think I should get a refund."
