"We enjoyed the friendly staff, the spacious room and the amenities provided. Every night there was a Welcome Lounge with free treats and drinks for the whole family. The shuttle to and from the parks was always on time and never super crowded. Also appreciated the fact that the hotel was connected to a train station via a walkway. Lastly, having a 24/7 Lawson was nice too! "
"The hotel was very satisfactory for a stay right before or after a flight from Haneada airport. The rooms were small but functional and clean. The beds were very comfortable and the AC strong. I would not recommend it as your home base for a full vacation to Tokyo as it isn't very accessible to the trains except by shuttle bus. However, we found the shuttle buses very good for getting from the train station to the hotel and hotel to the airport. The buffet breakfast was also very good and reasonably priced. "
"Hilton Tokyo is a perfect place to stay if you are going to Disney. It is extremely close and easy to access the train that connects the parks and hotels. It is literally across the street. The food options at the hotel area great. They have nicer restaurants as well as Lawson convenience stores all inside the hotel. If you want to keep costs down then the Lawson is incredible for quick bites and snacks but you can find anything you need. We did the buffet one night and it was delicious. I write this as we are about to take the "Limousine Bus" to the airport for an affordable price and we you catch it directly at the hotel. Wonderful experience here!"
"We enjoyed the hotel very much. If I was to come back I will definitely stay here. Provides shuttles to a station close to Disneyland and DisneySea that it can be walked maybe if walking super slow I would say 15min but average it was 10 or less. "
