"We love staying here. I wish there was more shade."

"The property was filled with nature. We loved seeing the monkeys, coatis, and iquanas in their natural habitats. Rooms were ample with space, but need some renovations. It was frustrating waiting in a line each morning to reserve some of the restaurants. This could have been streamlined. Service at the bars was extremely slow as there weren't enough employees to handle the crowds. Ocean and pool nearest the ocean were our favorites. Massages off property were amazing and affordable. Resort is nice for families. "

"We stayed mostly at the pool with the swim up pool bar and activities. It was a fun atmosphere with lots of games and music going on. Gustavo and Henry at the swim up bar are amazing!"

"Overall, we had a great stay. Our room was great and worth the money for the swim out. The staff were friendly however there was not a lot of service pool side. And I thought that the liquor selection was on the lower end even though it said high end. "

"Traveled with husband and 5 year old son. Rooms are remodeled but not done well. After check in we quickly discovered a wasp nest on our patio, staff came out after second call and did nothing but said it was not safe. First night of showers water leaked out of shower door into the common bathroom area and then to bedroom hall. We called and nothing was done. Third night a huge water cockroach was in shower, we called and they showed up 1 hour later with a bottle of raid. Staff was nice. Food was very mediocre, typical for a resort. Don’t count on enjoying beach here, maybe time of year but the tide was very high and many flies/bugs. Two great things - 1. The kids water park, My son truly enjoyed it and staff keeps it clean. 2. The spa, I had the best relaxing massage, well worth the money. "
