"To be honest was expecting more from this hotel as the reviews and rating was pretty high and given I haven't stayed in this area before, decided to give it a try. But it's a lacklustre hotel. In room dining was poor and we ordered Thai food. The worst was the bed . Super uncomfortable with poor back support which gave us both back aches. After the feedback and request for a firmer mattress they came back with a wooden board to be place ON TOP of the mattress. Horrors! I put it down to back communication and then asked for a room change which also took some time but it wasn't much different. I DONT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE "

"This property is great. My room was super clean. The staff is friendly from the lobby staff to the housekeeper. The bar is well equipped and the only bar around town with my whiskey. It's family friendly has a really nice pool and dinning options for all. "

"The hotel is quite old. The family room is large. We found it quite noisy being in a busy location and struggled to get a good night sleep(there for 5 nights). Also found cockroache in the bedroom. Positive, being 10 minutes walk to MRT and ok swimming pool . "
