Excellent staffs.. Excellent Service! We were greeted with fresh & enthusiastic staffs! A big thumbs up to The bell captains, security staffs 👍 Mosaic restaurant staffs very efficient & helpful.. (Reza). Buffet breakfast - wide spread. Checkin & out has no issue. Front desk staff Nik was excellent. Rooms are fully equipped & comfortable beds! Housekeeper Ros has kept the room tidy & clean at all time! But it would be better if the toilets door could be latched & comes with shower curtain....

Our stay as a family of 3 was excellent. The options given to choose the bed type wasn’t sufficient when we had chosen 2 adults & 1 child below 12. End up, my wife and I squeezed into one double bed, and child on the other. The bed and pillow were comfortable. However to win the public over, it will always be nice to have one soft & one firm pillow per bed. There is no mirror inside the room other than inside the toilet. Aircon was nice and cold. Good buffet spread and friendly staff. Only gripe was that rooms are a little small and the shower area can get slippery.

Location walkable from the famous China Town Petaling Street where street foods are abundance and lots of hidden pubs to explore during the night nearby.

Amazing hotel stay! My group of 8 really enjoyed the stay and will definitely stay at the same hotel in future! Super convenient with everything within walking distance. Stayed for 3 nights and did not even managed to walk the whole area! I love the ecofriendly the hotel is with filtered tap in the room so we don't need to waste plastic bottles! Highly recommend this hotel!

This hotel features a futuristic concept and has very beautiful skyline views of KL, including the Petronas Twin Towers and Merdeka 118. I had a very memorable and comfortable stay, and really appreciated the free suite upgrade. The hotel has a convenient central location, just a walking distance to shopping malls such as Suria KLCC.

The rooms are a little old and as usual with KL older properties , maintainence is always an issue. But this prop is not old but the bathrooms shows her age . Anyways the major plus is the location n area this prop is located , nestled in refurbished old and original old prewar shop lots. A very nice location right next to the twin towers. Fantastic roof-top bar with pool, overlooking the twin towers. Fantastic bunch of team, from the check-in team to the customer service by the pool, the conciege and the roof-top bar. Special mention of Dolly, who made our day from the moment we step foot into W.

Nice and clean with easy access to monorail. There is a mall opposite. But no pedestrian access to cross the road.
