"I think Okay sums it up nicely. Nothing wow, but does the job. Locations is great as very close to main station in Shinjuku as well as all the tourist sites. I’ve stayed in a few hotels here in Japan and this one’s definitely on the smaller side. Room is tiny, no space for suitcase except under the bed. The bathroom was small but manageable. The only real negative for us was the uncomfortable beds/pillows. Woke up sore each morning, so if comfort is high on your priorities then probably skip this hotel. Oh and housekeeping doesn’t actually clean the room, they just make the beds and give new towels, which was fine for us. Overall not horrible, but an okay experience"

"We stayed four nights in a Premier Grand Deluxe Twin room prior to a cruise. I wish we could have stayed longer. This is a beautiful hotel situated close to a transportation hub. The hotel provides many free amenities that are rarely found in hotel rooms these days: shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, lotion, toothbrush & toothpaste, soap, combs, brushes, razors, etc. (No large containers fastened to the walls). There were also pajamas, robes and slippers for your use while staying there. In other words, just about any toiletries you may have forgotten to pack were provided. We stayed in a room on the 38th floor that faced the Tokyo Government building where every night there was a beautiful light show projected onto the building. We ate breakfast in three of the different restaurants we had a choice of. I enjoyed Jurin the most because of the view of the courtyard. All had a great variety of food both Japanese and American so I could always find something I liked. The check-in process was excellent and our luggage was already in our room by the time check in was completed. The staff just couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. If I were ever to return to Tokyo, I would definitely stay at the Keio Plaza Hotel again."

"Staff that assisted us were good and super helpful we have to write some stuff in a slip for our luggage and they pretty much did it for us so it was really helpful. But then another staff that was helping someone else was clearly not as helpful AC was nice and powerful. Room cleaning was great the dryer for laundry did not work though. But food was amazing for breakfast at both restaurants though the view was better from the restaurant on the 25th."

"Location is perfect; across 50 mt there is a station and 2 stop far to shinjuku. Hotel is so clean, breakfast is various and tasty."
