"Horrible expérience ! L'entrée de l'hotel nous a été refusé pour cause d'insalubrité. En effet, tous les matelas étaient dehors, dans la rue, l'hotel étant infesté de puces de lit ! Nous avons dû chercher un autre hôtel en pleine nuit... dans un quartier infesté de rats ! Depuis nous avons eu plusieurs fois hotels.com pour obtenir le remboursement de cette nuit d'hotel que nous n'avons finalement pas utilisé mais ces derniers n'ont toujours rien fait. Répliquant à chaque échange qu'ils...
