"Free parking made this the ideal place to stay the night before an early morning flight from Stansted. Everything you would expect from a Holiday Inn. "

"Nice clean room, bathroom was above average, breakfast was below average but the evening meal was way above average well cooked, i went for a meal on the Indian menu. "

"The staff was very nice, however the rooms are worn/dated and the listing stated they had an airport shuttle when they do not. I could have gotten there by public bus but I never received any information, despite asking. "

"Hotel is directly opposite where you check in, which is The George pub. No staff being readily available in the building was a little inconvenient as we had a few confusing moments with the room temperature and couldn’t change it. Also, tv remote was broken so was difficult to navigate using it, but having no main reception in the building meant you couldn’t just pop and get a replacement! But it was very clean, large wet room and not too much trouble to navigate once inside. Would stay again, as it conveniently on the high street so all shops are so close."
