"great location; excellent wifi; attentive staff and excellent customer care; the reason for not getting 5 stars are the lack of aircon control and the room we stayed in was hot despite the winter weather. The management provided a small electric fan to appease us. The size of the room is not ideal for couples. "

"My room was supposed to be 25sqm but didn't feel like it was that big, and definitely did not look like in the photos. Also, housekeeping just dumped our pajamas on the bed in a pile, never bothered to fold or hang them up. On my first day, I had actually already folded up our PJs neatly and left on the bed, when I came back they were jumbled together in a mess. I've honestly never encountered such housekeeping before. Also, hotel is not as close to the JR station as everybody else claims. It is actually a building behind the Yodabashi shopping center, which is across the road from the JR station. Walking on the Linkway took 10min, not 5min, with a very young child, took us 15min each way every day. The airport limo bus stops at the hotel during certain hours when you are arriving from the airport. But to depart to the airport, you will have to board from a different station which is 5minutes walk away."

"I wouldn’t say it was near to the main hub, but near enough for spots to get food or find that hole on the wall eateries. The train is two (Japanese) blocks away, for an American two blocks is long, from the hotel the T or K line would take you near the hotel. Hotel was amazing there was room to place your luggage (very important), bathroom was great and clean. There’s a balcony! TV has a live update of the laundry on which ones are being used. Shipping luggage to your next destination they also have. This hotel was "

"I already miss it. This hotel is in a great location. So quiet yet surrounded by gems of bakeries, restaurants, and a short walk to the river walkway. The free water was very much appreciated. The staff cares a lot and were responsive, friendly, and kind. Incredibly professional. I would stay here again. It’s impeccably clean. The only shortfall is the laundry. I don’t think the machines are well-maintained, and the laundry smelled weird. Fortunately there’s a very clean and well rated laundromat nearby. "
