"The location was perfect, right on the edge of the French quarter. The room was nice and clean although smaller than I expected. The pool and fitness center we're nice perks. We had trouble contacting someone at the hotel ahead of our visit to add the other adult to the reservation. They arrived first and weren't allowed to check in for hours. The person at the front desk was pretty unfriendly but we didn't have to deal with them after check in. They was also a $20 daily fee that we weren't...
