Hotelnwas located next to everything! Short walk to shopping and i was here for Songkran and was in the middle of all the action. Can easily walk to food, shopping and othe stuff. Clean facility with polite staff!

Hotel was very nice, staff very helpful.I a very good location, plenty of bars and resturants and, a short walk to the center and markets. Only dislike i had was, beds to soft.

Good hotel very convenient to nightlife. Fantastic breakfast. Friendly staff. My only complaint is that the gym was poor and I had to go to a proper gym 5 minutes away.

THIS HOTEL WAS VERY EASY TO ACCESS AND THE STAFF ARE GREAT AND VERY FRIENDLY. nice rooms with a small balcony, easy walking distance to the mall and local markets. only negitive is the room fridge is way too small, room for a bottle of milk and thats about it.only 1 room key meant that i had to follow the wife shopping and we both hate that :( . ideal hotel for a short stay, would recomend

Customer service at this hotel has been above and beyond what you would expect at this price point. All staff from the housemaids to the hotel manager Mr Preecha make you feel welcome and always willing to assist. Cleanliness is perfect and the morning breakfast very good. As for convenience it is a terrific location.. Just a 5 minute walk to both UD Town and the Central Plaza mall as well as close proximity to two 7-11’s And a smaller night market (name escapes me). Also the streets surrounding the hotel have businesses to suit all your needs should you need anything. 5 stars to the staff !!

Nice property with attentative staff unfortunately near a bar complex which was noisy and a pesky rooster who started early in the morning.would stay again but other side of hotel away from noise

This was the best hotel we stayed in of are trip so fR been all over loas and Thailand for the past few months and I have to say that it was a 5 star hotel for a excellent price, the staff went over and beyond to make are stay a excellent experience, loved this place and would recommend that you would stay there

Extra nice for the price, a few non hotel drawback
It is a great great hotel, very nice accommodations. The rooms are extremely nice and the pool is also great. The dings I would give the hotel are the road is all expat establishments (though great food courts are 3-4 blocks away), and the roosters calling early early in the morning made it hard to get a full nights sleep. Both of these things are outside the hotels control.

Staff have a little to work on when it come to poolarea, if 2 staff stay there but still not clean up when ppl leave its only lacy.. Breakfast is good, many kind of bread and have both for thai and farang Wish they could fix my problem whit wrong booking, cose me a lot, them nothing for a empty room with many other empty rooms This is reason why i will not recommend it to my friends, have other hotels in Udon with a little better service when it comes to value for the money you pay In all a fair hotel, but since it's new they have a lot to work on.

New beautiful hotel.
A beautiful new (two week old) hotel. A bright and comfortable room. Good bed. Nice bathroom. Decent number of outlets. Pool looked nice (I didn't get a chance to use). Breakfast was very good. Staff were very attentive. Negatives: the shower temperature went from cold to scalding hot and varied of its own accord. The room is not quite. (lots of outside noise)

Brand new hotel in Udon Thani!
Brand new hotel on the main street in Udon Thani. It's actually so new there's a few kinks to work out. This is true with any new property or restraunt so it has potential to be a fine hotel. During our stay the restraunt wasnt open yet so no late night room service. There's no bedside tables either to put your phone, bottle water, night lamp,etc. Location is prime. Once you get to the hotel you can walk virtually anywhere. UD town and Central shopping Mall are literally just around the corner. "Wonderful pool on the second floor. *Plenty of parking. *Attentive staff. *Great air-conditioning. Very nice new hotel that will be great once they work out a few kinks.
