The hotel was great. I arrived at 9 PM so really did not explore the area but there was a restaurant and bar across the street and street vendors close by. The room was very large with furnishings that looked new and coordinated. The bathroom had a dedicated shower. The night clerk was pleasant, efficient, walked me to my room block, and was helpful

A big customer service disappointment.
At first glance I really expected this hotel to deserve a 4/5 rating from me - but unfortunately customer service almost ruined it all. Plus the powerless twinkling lighting in the room with some old model low wattage LEDs. All that gives a very uncomfortable feeling in the room, which is otherwise nice, clean and well maintained. WiFi was slow and unreliable, but hey, it this was the problem, I'd only wave and not even think about it. But I cannot stop thinking that 2 days they were giving me some numbers to call a tour agency about the advertised Red Lotus Lake tour, nobody answered (or the numbers weren't even valid), on the third morning an older lady called herself, booked me the tour for the last morning, they confirmed, she confirmed to me - and everything seemed nice. Until the evening, when I decided to check if everything is OK, the receptionist on duty called the agency and they told her my tour is cancelled unless I agree to pay for 2, because that's the minimum and they couldn't find a second person wanting to take that tour to the most popular and beautiful sight in the region. Which left me without that most important tour. Thank you, Delio. :-( I know tours are not your main responsibility, but since you offer them, and especially if you confirm that all is set... please make sure you can keep your promises.

Boutique stay at low budget
Nice feel of the property and room. Look broken and changed room. Sink plug not working. Wood gives a nice feel, large generous room. Not enough furnitures to put the bags or other items. Room quiet not a lot of noice. Bathroom and toiletries all provided. Restaurant’s are available in walking distance. Overall a great stay for value of money.

ข้อดี - พนักงานบริการดี เป็นโรงแรมที่ re-novate ใหม่สะอาด ข้าวของเครื่องใช้ในห้องพัก ใช้ของคุณภาพดี นอนสบาย พักสบาย เงียบสงบ ไม่วุ่นวาย ไม่ไกลจากตัวเมือง มีที่จอดรถให้พอประมาณ ข้อเสีบ - ความสว่างของไฟ และสีของไฟแย่มากทำให้ห้องดูไม่สว่าง และ ประตูห้องน้ำเป้นแบบกระจกบานเลื่อนเก่า ไปนิดๆ

A hidden gem
Rooms here are immaculately clean, comfortable and well appointed. Shower is very large with plenty of power and loads of hot water. Our room was very quiet and we had a good night sleep. Room is missing a kettle however. This is a very good value for money hotel. Breakfast was delicious.

Quiet hotel, with nearby eating places
Almost perfect, except that the hotel direction publish on Expedia has the wrong map co-ordinates, and that the shower hinge was wear off and does not hold the shower head when turned the water tap to full pressure. Getting to the hotel was hard even after calling Expedia 3 times because Expedia's IVR refers the caller back to the e-mail sent about the booking. Expedia should realize that a customer would not have to call if the information on such Expedia e-mail was correct.

The best really unknown Hotel I have really found
my stay was great the staff went above and beyond what I could have ever needed. The showers were huge and the bedrooms also the bed was very comfortable I just wish 2 things that more of the staff spoke a little more English and that they would be able to except credit cards at the hotel is all but all over I would very much stay there again and again in fact it is were I will stay if and when I come back again.

Quiet Hotel
The hotel was not all that eazy to find when I didnt speak Thai. However once there it was OK. Friendly staff and a very comfortable bed. Very clean.

Nice little boutique hotel with traditional 70s Thai style decor. Bedrooom we got was a bit small, the shower room space however is big. There are restuarants around the hotel. Parking space is quite limited. Overall for the price it's a great value hotel. We chose it beacuase it's close to the airport.

Brand new hotel making it very difficult to find. Super location close to the airport. Very simple and clean lines. Oversized room with quality fixtures and fittings. Bed was a bit soft for my liking and could do with a kettle. Fridge and lCD TV both brand new. Outstanding value of money

Best Value Boutique Hotel in Udon Thani!
Room is modern,large and clean!Only downside is the water drainage not fast enough to drain water in the shower and there isn't a cold water choice for shower?Or was it the weather which is close to 46 degrees celsius when I stayed there.

Delio Boutique, Above and Beyond!
My partner and I had a great stay here. We didn't want to leave! The hotel was in great condition, modern and clean. There was such a large shower you could fit at least 6 people in there. The bed was so comfortable, we could have laid in it all day. Even though it is about a 15-20 minute walk from the city center, it is nice because you will have a quiet hotel room to get a good rest. There was even a mini fridge in the room! It was way more than I expected when I booked the hotel. As for the staff, they were extremely helpful. We asked a guy for directions, who happened to be the owner, and he gave us a ride to where we were going for free. It was extremely kind. If the owner is reading this, thank you so much! We were also staying in town the day we checked out, but had large backpacks to lug around, the receptionist allowed us to leave our bags there for a few hours while we went to town. It really felt like we were valued guests, almost like family! This is a great hotel and I will likely stay there again before I leave Udon Thani.

Booked it because of the good reviews. But it is far from the city center (20min walk), no decent restaurants nearby, and when I checked in at 9pm, only oe person at the reception, and she barely spoke english

Great and fantastic!
Very friendly and helpful staffs who also go the extra mile to help, including/especially the hotel manager. Also reasonably cheap for such a clean hotel. The decor is also very nice. Would strongly recommend this hotel. Would also definitely stay again at this hotel when I'm next in Udon!

便宜旅館
飯店的地板壞掉，還有電視機有點故障訊號不是很好，但是房間的很乾淨，晚上也很安靜，只是距離市區有點遠，而且叫車也有點不方便，整體來說是便宜的小旅館。

Close to the airport just 15 mins by Tuk Tuk .
Nice hotel clean and very new, inside the hotel room it look like a 4 stars hotel, highly recommended , I will be back for sure . Cheers.
