Stayed at the Kutai room (number 1) and it was perfect size for couple (also includes a single bed too for a young child). The room is absolutely gorgeous and clean! You have to take off your shoes inside but this is what I usually do at home so it was not a problem. It is beautifully decorated and even has airconditioning! Love the rustic feel of the place. If you like closeness to nature, this the place for you. Squirrels, birds and monkeys visited our balcony during our stay. The glass walled villa offers amazing view of the forest in all four directions but if you prefer privacy, draw the curtains, which we didn't have to use. Given the location, expect some ants, mostly in the bathtub but they don't bite or bother us. The adorable resident dogs do bark intermittently at night so bring ear plugs if necessary. We were greeted warmly at the reception upon check-in. The staff is very friendly and effcient. My family really loves our stays at the villa. It was really clean and in good condition, the beds were comforfable, the villa surrounding was also very relaxing. Unfortunately the water pressure for the shower head was too low, so it took longer time to rinse off the soap and shampoo. Overall I would say my family enjoyed and have pleasant stay.

This place needs more attention how gorgeous it is ! While everyone in Langkawi up for the same old beach and duty free, here you will encounter a completely different vibe! The hotel is situated on a fantastic private beach. The hotel service is one of the best we have exerienced, friendly, competent professional and helpful. The rooms are spacious and compfortable, situated a little way up the mountain from the beach.

The check-in process was smooth and staff are friendly and welcoming. Room was spacious, comfy and clean. Same for the shower/toilet - very spacious and clean. There is a basket of complimentary snacks in the room, also bottled water and if the water finishes within the day, there is a water dispenser in the corridor. In all my travels around the world for years, this is the first hotel that i have experienced all the staff giving warm, hospitable smiles and greetings whenever you walk by them, irregardless of what their job is or they are doing. From the pick up at the airport to the time that we left, I really enjoyed the excellent service, facilities and hospitality in this classy beach resort hotel.

The hype is true: the suites are amazing. Things went perfect from pick up at arrival, bringing us to a luxury private transport that whisked us to the resort with water and cookies ready in the car.
