Stayed at the Kutai room (number 1) and it was perfect size for couple (also includes a single bed too for a young child). The room is absolutely gorgeous and clean! You have to take off your shoes inside but this is what I usually do at home so it was not a problem. It is beautifully decorated and even has airconditioning! Love the rustic feel of the place. If you like closeness to nature, this the place for you. Squirrels, birds and monkeys visited our balcony during our stay. The glass walled villa offers amazing view of the forest in all four directions but if you prefer privacy, draw the curtains, which we didn't have to use. Given the location, expect some ants, mostly in the bathtub but they don't bite or bother us. The adorable resident dogs do bark intermittently at night so bring ear plugs if necessary. We were greeted warmly at the reception upon check-in. The staff is very friendly and effcient. My family really loves our stays at the villa. It was really clean and in good condition, the beds were comforfable, the villa surrounding was also very relaxing. Unfortunately the water pressure for the shower head was too low, so it took longer time to rinse off the soap and shampoo. Overall I would say my family enjoyed and have pleasant stay.

One of the best Hotel that I have stayed in langkawi. I won't mind staying in the same hotel for my next visit. One major reason of the excellent review is because it is brand new. Hotel exterior looks like the only store in the neighborhood however after exploring a little, you can find more stuff nearby. The check-in process was smooth and staff are friendly and welcoming. Room was spacious, comfy and clean. Same for the shower/toilet - very spacious and clean. There is a basket of complimentary snacks in the room, also bottled water and if the water finishes within the day, there is a water dispenser in the corridor. This place needs more attention how gorgeous it is ! While everyone in Langkawi up for the same old beach and duty free, here you will encounter a completely different vibe! The place is very privacy and quiet. Perhaps breakfast served can be earlier perhaps at 7.30am. Overall this place is highly recommended. Will definitely come back again.

This property is really one of its kind, nothing commercialised about it. My mom really enjoyed the scenery and how peaceful it is here, it’s great for a relaxing vacation to just take your mind off things back home. It is the definition of slow living here, and learning to appreciate and be in tune with the beautiful surroundings and unique heritage houses. Place was homely as there' s only a few units. So pool not crowded. The 2 bedrm chalet was clean & spacious wz big backyard for you to hang yr wet swimsuits .Gd eating plz , Minimart & Massage are also nearby & they provide laundry svc. We just spent 8 nights here over the xmas break. It's a fabulous hotel with great facilities. We particularly loved the beach view we had from our room balcony, where we chilled most evenings pre dinner. The location is great, there is an extensive breakfast buffet & the staff are super helpful & friendly. Highly recommend.
