"Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast area was extremely busy each morning but staff were continually clearing and cleaning around the dining area making sure guests had space to eat and drink comfortably. There was a complimentary shuttle bus, to and from Old Quebec, which was much appreciated. Also, the free laundry facility was an added bonus. Would definitely stay at this hotel again and would recommend it to others without hesitation."

"Chambre grande, lits et literie très confortables. Je n'ai pas aimé la salle d'eau. Lavabo en verre, s'écoule trop lentement, peu d'espace entre les poignées du robinet et la tablette, miroir d'appoint mal positionné incapable de se voir derrière la tête, support à papier hygiénique vacillant, dessous de vanité non fermé pas esthétique. La chambre c'est bien correcte mais pas la salle de toilette. Hôtel assez bruyante. Très très difficile de se repérer dehors à cause des travaux pas d'aide vraiment clair. Personnel à l'accueil et au départ assez expéditif et froid, les personnes à ce poste ont fait leur job et point final mais elles ne m'ont pas vraiment regardé et vue, elles n'ont pas pris soin de me servir moi, je n'avais aucune envie de leur sourire et de les remercier car elles ne m'ont pas porter intérêt ni sourire. (Pourtant, elles n'étaient pas en surcroît de clients en attente lors de mes deux présences au poste d'accueil). Les autres membres du personnel dans l'hôtel ont tous été impeccables et charmants."

"We were served chipped glasses at the bar. When it was brought to the attention of the waiter, he just poured the drink in another glass. The second glass was also chipped. Very poor service."
