Hotels with Hot Tubs in Canada

"I can’t say I would stay here again. Check in was good, the usual type of thing. We paid for parking to a separate entity than the hotel. When asking questions, the staff couldn’t tell us who monitored the parking lot, or how often they attended but that we must pay immediately after checking in, prior to going to our room. Our room was the standard room with 2 beds. The room was okay. Stains on the lamp shades and top sheet of one bed. World’s tiniest garbage can that we couldn’t use. The washroom re-model looked like no one checked it over. There was paint on top of the wall paper, it looked messy and there was a hole above the light switches in the wall. Had to be moved rooms as our washroom had not been cleaned and the previous guests bodily items were left in the shower . . . Both rooms, the switch to operate the bathroom fan did not work. Our new room started the same. Clean, although we had been moved to the marina side as an upgrade. The washroom water pressure was almost non-existent and there was practically no hot water. The plugin by the standing lap was coming out of the wall and when used it moves and exposes the wires. The washroom re-model is similar to the first room. Paint over the wall paper and it looks like no one has washed a wall since the wall paper went up. The toilet seat would shift and move as soon as you sat down and you’d almost fall into the bowl. The tap is too far away from the sink, so when you use the sink, water goes all over"

"Front desk Staff were excellent to deal with. We arrived early and they got us in to our room earlier than expected and on departure day they held our luggage for us so we could go to the Bluejays game and we were able to come back and leave for the airport with no issues at all. Hotel is a half a block off Yonge St. so you could walk to all the downtown attractions."

"Check in staff member was very pleasant and it was quick and easy. Halls and rooms are dark and it is an older building. We had a room with a pull out sofa. There were no sheets/ blankets however they brought some no problem but the blanket was just a thin fleece one which wasn’t great. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was so loud that we couldn’t use it, needs to be replaced. Parking garage was great but a tad pricey. Breakfast was great! The banana muffins were delicious, lots of fresh fruit and the hash browns were really good. Hats off to the folks preparing the food as it was all well down and presented nicely! If you wanted bacon or sausage you had to pay for that however there were enough options without. The seating area was really nice also. Overall the stay was good with the breakfast being the highlight. "

"The staff were so nice, kind and very helpful. The room was clean and neat. The only problem was that AC was on and made the room cold, had to call to have maintenance to come and switch it to heat. Not being able to shut off the fan was a downfall, but other than that this is a great stay. Would stay there again, hopefully without so much construction around which hindered UBER being able to pick up."

"No valet parking have a very large 3500 platinum truck had to park a block away a breakfast at the restaurant on the top floor. View was great. Food was not so great. Had very little hot water first night. Couldn’t use the Jacuzzi tub if I wanted, shower was terrible but water pressure was awesome shower door leaked all over floor had to throw towels down and around door to get a shower. they said someone up to fix it tub and sink. We’re better shower was bearable for a Hilton hotel. I was not impressed."
