Cosy, friendly little gem in Cappadocia

I went with my elderly parents and daughter and the hotel and Mr Ali took care of all our diverse needs in a warm and hospitable way. From providing a shuttle service to pick us up from Kayseri airport to arranging sightseeing and making sure we saw football games ( the Euro quarter finals were on), the hotel did everything to make sure we had a comfortable and memorable stay. I recommend it whole heartedly to all guests.

a hidden gem, a must go hotel!

This was one of the most pleasurable stay in a hotel for us in a few years! The hotel is a hidden gem! will highly recommend to anybody going to Cappadocia. it is a real cave hotel (our bedroom was carved from the rock). very well located. excellent service. Ali is a great host and his sister- Ferda, a great guide! Breakfast is a real treat- a fabulous big Turkish spread (12 kinds of cheeses, 10 dips, breads, 5 kinds of olives, nice coffee- all served on the table in little bowls). Mehndi (the caretaker) is extremely helpful- always there to serve drinks and food and anything else we needed. such a great place to stay!!! will come back again, for sure!!

Fabulous Family Hotel with Outstanding Service

I experienced a fabulous stay at the Cappadocia Hotel, the owner Ali and all his staff provided outstanding service, including a Turkish breakfast and also dinner. The food was exceptional, and excellent value. My room was perfect, comfortable and functional. This is a real family run business that takes pride in delivering a wonderful experience for their guests. I would highly recommend a stay here.

Excellent cave hotel in Urgup

Fantastic stay at this very nice cave hotel. The host and the hotel crew was extremely helpful and friendly. The view from the terrace just outside the room was outstanding. Breakfast was fantastic.

I liked the way they have made the hotel in the mountain. Hotel rooms are caves. No need for air conditioning. Friendly helpful staff. The breakfast was excellent. Never had such a nice breakfast at a hotel. Fresh mountain air. Local traditional bazar down the hill. There are stray dogs around the hotel, but not dangerous. Overall a memorable experience.

We had a lovely time during our stay at the Cappadocia Hotel. The host was very kind and attentive (we even got a breakfast bag to take with us on out early flight out), breakfast was great, the view was amazing. We had to get used to the dogs in the neighborhood barking at night, but with the windows closed at night it was alright.

Absolutely enjoyed my stay at The Cappadocia Hotel. Great price, great food, great service! Ali, and everyone who worked here ensure we had a pleasant stay, and even organized all our activities. Although Urgup is a quieter part of the city, it was a short drive to the city-centre and everywhere we needed to be. Would recommend!

Wonderful in every way. I felt like home, the kitchen staff is just delightful and the food…. Just like my mothers love. I will recommend this hotel to everybody. The office guy was just impressive he arranged all my activities and I had a wonderful time! Love this place!!!
