Ocean El Faro Resort - All Inclusive

10/10 Excellent

"We had such an amazing time at Ocean El Faro in Punta Cana! Hector was especially kind and helpful throughout our stay. He was always quick to respond and helped us coordinate everything, which made our trip so much easier. We really appreciated all his help and had such a great experience! Thank you Hector for everything!"

Wyndham Alltra Punta Cana All-Inclusive Resort

10/10 Excellent

"This Gem in Punta Cana, Uvero Alto is amazing. Since you check in to check out. Amenities, food, staff, water park super cool for children and adults. Entertainment was nice too. The staff makes your stay special. Cristian, from buffet to water park snack cart is super special. Lenni, Bianca, etc. We had a couple's retreat and my husband loved everything from the resort. We will for sure come back with God's permit. The pool is out of the world. Beautiful and relaxing. Ramon Jose from tours super sweet and helpful."

The Excellence Club at Finest Punta Cana Adults Only - All Inclusive

10/10 Excellent

"My husband and I celebrated our 26th wedding anniversary at the Excellence Club @ the Finest Resort in Punta Cana (the adults only section). From the moment we arrived, we felt pampered like VIP's. The staff were so attentive, friendly, and accommodating. Our room was immaculate, modern, and super comfortable. Our private pool in our room felt like one of the biggest we've seen at a resort (probably 16 by 16). The food was fantastic and we tried almost all of the restaurants during our stay. The beach was beautiful and there was no shortage of activities throughout the day and night. We didn't utilize the spa, but it looked lovely. This was our first trip to Punta Cana, D.R. and our first stay at an Excellence resort, and we were not disappointed. We will defenitely return. Bravo Excellence!"

8/10 Good

Live Aqua Punta Cana - All Inclusive - Adults Only

10/10 Excellent

"My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Live Aqua Punta Cana for her birthday. The personal attention from the staff made this getaway special. A huge thank-you to Marlene. She coordinated our Italian dinner reservation, spa appointments, and romantic beach dinner, which my wife described as lovely. She sent us an itinerary, reminded us about the spa, and suggested arriving early for hydrotherapy. She checked in throughout our stay and even reached out on departure day to wish us a safe trip home. We felt looked after. Our butler, Raifer, also deserves recognition. He shared daily activity schedules and responded promptly to our questions and requests for room aroma and specialty pillows. Most thoughtfully, he remembered my wife’s birthday and offered to arrange a surprise in our room. He coordinated around our schedule and made sure it was ready before his days off. Yeni brought so much warmth, checking on my wife when she wasn’t feeling well and helping with dining questions. Thank you also to Garcia for the friendly basketball conversation and laughs! Working in customer service myself, I appreciate people who take initiative and follow through. Marlene, Raifer, and Yeni did exactly that. They helped make our trip memorable, and we would happily return. Five stars from us!"

Excellence Carmen Punta Cana - Adults Only All Inclusive

10/10 Excellent

"Phenomenal staff. Gorgeous architecture and landscaping. Room was outstanding. Beautiful sprawling property but never felt crowded. Hydrotherapy was a real treat, definitely want to experience that again. Wish the sports bar stayed open late enough to finish watching the sports games, they close a bit early at 11. A little lacking in night time entertainment but it did not spoil our trip at all. Great food and drinks. Ceviche at Las Olas And Excellence Club Lounge was amazing. Wonderful trip and would love to go back."

Royalton CHIC Punta Cana, An Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Resort & Casino – Adults Only

10/10 Excellent

"⭐⭐ Excellent Stay with One Suggestion for Improvement My experience at this hotel was fantastic! The hotel itself, the staff, the maintenance, and the food were all excellent. The staff was wonderful, and everything contributed to a very enjoyable stay. My only suggestion for improvement would be to install ceiling fans in the open spaces, especially the lobby, main bar area, and restaurants that do not have air conditioning. These areas can become quite warm, and adding ceiling fans would make guests feel much more comfortable. Overall, I had a wonderful experience, and I would gladly recommend this hotel. With this small improvement, the guest experience would be even better!"
