Dario one of the servers also was like a brother who took care of us wherever we had the pleasure of him serving us, "

Do not let prestige trick u, nd premium also drop me at the wrong terminal A instead of B, I got walk to my terminal, stressful airport front desk, sad hve nice day"

"Terrible Week. Booked two rooms for my family and asked to have them next to each other, but the rooms weren't even in the same building. First night found cockroach in my room. Reported it and nothing was done so I trapped it under an overturned garbage can. Second night took a shower and the drain didn't work...water throughout the floor of the entire room. Reported both issues and they sent exterminators with respirators to spray poison. I told them I didn't want to sleep in a room with my kid that has poison but they didn't want to give me another room. I had to complain to three different people before I got a new room. Some slides at the water park were closed and never opened for the whole week. They stopped providing rides to the water park from the hotel so my kids and I had to walk it. Food was not great. My daughter was very ill from an undercooked hamburger served at the beach. Toilet in new room stopped working. They tried selling me on a VIP experience the next time I stay there...when I explained why I will never go back to that hotel the guy simply said, "Oh, okay, bye". Not once did any representative try to make things right. They truly don't care about the guest experience. "

"I loved the fact that the property was not too big, yet offered many restaurants and amenities. We loved the pools, the lazy river, and the swim up bars. You could also be on the ocean and swim in the protected part that was just left adjacent to the property. The main building, which had a bar and a piano bar, was very pleasant to sit in. I really enjoyed the tile fish and flora that decorated it and the butterfly collection. All the restaurants were nicely decorated as well. If you don’t have children, I recommend that you stay in the adult section. It has lovely pools. There were numerous activities you could involve yourself in, but I just wanted to swim and relax. The weather was perfect the last week of February. "

"My stay at Royalton CHIC Punta Cana was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, we were given a completely different room than the one I had specifically selected and confirmed in my reservation. The staff did not apologize or show any concern about the mistake, which immediately gave the impression that guest satisfaction is not a priority for this hotel.The food quality was also very poor. Both the buffet and the restaurants were below expectations. The options were limited and the taste and overall quality of the meals were disappointing for an all-inclusive resort that claims to offer a high-end experience. Overall, this stay did not meet the standards expected from a resort of this category. Because of the poor service, the room issue, and the low quality of the food, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone."
