"The rooms were definitely not well maintained or clean. The first room they gave me was dirty, and all the furniture and walls were stained and filthy. They upgraded me to an ocean-view room, which was better but still could have been a little cleaner. Unfortunately, the AC in that room broke, causing the room to flood and some of our belongings to get wet. Although they were aware of the issue, no one bothered to let us know before we got to the room, and they did not even clean the floors or have another room ready for us. After we called the front desk, they gave us a new room, but the bathroom was in such bad condition that we refused it, so they had to give us another room in better condition. The property was beautiful and has a lot of potential, but it is definitely not a 5-star type of property. Most of the staff was very nice and friendly. The food was not very good, although we did find some edible options. They have eight different restaurants that require reservations every night, but there was no availability for us, so we had to eat at their buffet restaurant instead. It was very disappointing because we were celebrating my sister’s 50th birthday and were unable to celebrate at one of the restaurants, having to settle for the buffet instead. Overall, I give them 3 stars because the atmosphere and entertainment were great, and the pools, beach, and staff were good."
