The apartment had everything I needed for convenience, the hotel is located on a beautiful square from which there is a street with many restaurants and boutiques and about a 15-minute walk you enter directly into the city center. I used Uber that cost almost nothing to get to train station. "

"Utopian Luxury Boutique Residence is really nice. Spacious rooms and bathrooms, very modern yet classy. This hotel is a renovated old General’s quarters. Many rooms several levels. Be aware lots of stairs, challenging for those with big suitcases and mobility challenged. Back then, the more rooms in a house the richer you looked. Area is perfect, across from the Palacio do Cristal, which is also on the hop-on-off bus Redline. You can walk to several sites and the Douro River. Some good eateries...

"My wife and I spent seven nights at this lovely guest house. Nice room, we went for the superior which was great. Very nice breakfast, terrace area for outside seating. Small bar for drinks too. TV has some channels in other European languages. Good WiFi. Close to metro station and a couple of handy bus stops to downtown or the coastal suburb of Matosinhos. Can't wait to visit again."
