"I had an overnight delay in my flight in Vancouver airport, the convenience of having the hotel right there was wonderful. The staff made the stay very enjoyable. I was able to bump my flight to a later time and enjoyed the amenities. The gym, pool, hot tub and sauna were lovely and a very much needed recharge."

"We loved our stay here. All the staff were incredible, a special mention to the women working in the restaurant. Blown away by their service and friendliness and willingness to go above and beyond for my kids. Every interaction in this hotel was pleasant. The only issue was the AC didn’t seem to work at all and our room was very warm all 3 nights even though we set it as low as it would go. But other than that loved our stay :) thank you "
