"The location is truly ideal. You have the metro a few blocks away and the Vatican Museum next door. Food, transport, shopping, all nearby. Since the building has an elevator (which is not common in Rome because of the old buildings), it’s comfortable to reach the rooms. The best installation, all modern, clean and perfectly functional. We had the luck of being received by Maira and was the loveliest girl, very attentive and friendly. Honestly, I just want to use this hotel every time I come to Rome. "

"When I was booking I thought it was a hotel only to realise when I was about to fly out that it was a guest house. I think that was misleading information on the description of the place. The reception is only manned 8-4 after that time there no one to assist you in the event there is an emergency. I find the key system to be very complicated as there were to many doors before you get to your room. To open your door you have to put an number then scan not how safe this was if another guest by mistake open your door. The room that I was initially booked in was very noisy I could count all the cars that were passing by. They could do with some noise proof equipment.’I was changed to a different room with was less noise but it was very dark during the day. The building needs some refurbished as it is quite run down. The area is convenient for walking to the tourist attractions. Joy went above and beyond to help me with my activities."
