"This is our third time staying at this property. You would think by now they would have more than one elevator working. This hotel does not have dining options at all. You will have to adventure out. The beach at the property is small and crowded. Better beach options within walking distance or catching a uber. "

"One of nicest wrll appointed places i have ever stayed. Employees on every level were absolutely awesome. From the room being well appointed to the dining being top notch every aspect was executed invredibly well. The pool attendants were great and ready at a moments notice not to mention so friendly. The two female wait staff went above and beyond. The bartenders in all reataurants were very attentive. The hotel also maintained an incredibly clean condition with no spots left unclean. Well done in every way. Will return with other family..."

"I had some issues with my first room, but I was able to talk to the house keeping supervisor and she was able to accommodate us ina wonderful room so god bless her very professional and knowledgeable, but the front desk staff no hospitality training, unprofessional at one point around 8 pm i call the front desk and no one answered the phone today i tried to make a review and the young lady in the front desk don't know how to answer the phone and refuse to identify her self and kept me on the phone for half a hour around 9.53 pm October 2 2025 it not hard to find out who she was who ever is her supervisor, so for house keeping i give them 10 stars for front desk and hospitality training - 10 🌟 "

"We were very satisfied with the hotel; the sea was wonderful. However, the biggest drawback of the hotel is that they need to increase the number of staff serving on the beach."

"The overall condition of the hotel is great, however the rooms need upkeeping. There were very noticeable marks on the walls, furniture and flooring as well as chipping of the shower floor, that need to be repaired, in order to keep with the Marriott standard. Also I noticed what appeared to be mildew stains on the walls and ceiling of the shower, along with rusting of the sprinkler head in the bathroom. I would have asked for a new room but the hotel was full. Other than the room condition, the property is a great place to stay. "
