We had a great experience here, the hotel is in a very convenient location that was easily walkable for two of us from the train station with all of our luggage. The service was great, we were pleasantly surprised with all the updates to our room, and also really enjoyed the breakfast.

Very close to Santa Lucia Venice train station 3 min walking, shopping restaurant water taxi nearby, hotel clean, staff friendly especially Raeffel he was able to accommodate our upgrade room thanks so much, buffet breakfast is decent, good enough for breakfast. Recommend to stay here at Hotel Abbazia . I will come back next trip , we like Venice!

Loved this hitel, friendly staff, walkinging to stm lucia train station, lots of restaurants around, hotel building is old but kept it in very good condition, noce back yelard to relax and enjoy your breakfast or a drink, bathroom is fully remodeled and very clean, room was decent size and beds were very comfortable, breakfast was the best. I would stay in here again. Highly recommend it

The staff was terrific. It is an old monastery from the 19th century that was made into a hotel property so some things about the room you have to accept. It was very European as a hotel, with modern amenities and good internet, quite courtyard. The breakfast 7-10 am was excellent. Location was great, very near restaurants, the water buses/water taxis and on the Grand Canal. I would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful old palace charmingly converted to a hotel. One minute walk from Santa Lucia station and Grand Canal. Good breakfast, charming staff, highly recommended. Better facilities than usual in 3 star hotels.
