They were approachable, friendly, and did little things for my family that showed great customer service and hard to find friendliness in this quick and fast society we live in. You’ll always remember how people made you feel, and the staff really made the difference here. The valets were great! They’d ask how are day was going, made recommendations, and were just really, really friendly. They even shared some fresh pastries with us. The valets here take the hotel to another level… just great people that helped us throughout our entire stay. "
