"This is our third time staying at Melia Puerto Vallarta, and we love it. We had a little trouble when we got to Melia the first day, they give us a room away from our group and there was some noise because of the remodeling they had going on, after we spoke to the receptionist they give us a different room, bigger and it looked like it was recently remodeled. Great staff all of them super nice, from receptionist, waitress, entrainment crew everyone was so nice. Great food. I love Melia for sure we will come back!!"

"Hotel is located next to a wide and sandy beach. Walking distance to the Nuevo Marina, and there were nice restaurant next to the marina. There were sun beds and umbrellas around the pool, and sun beds under palapas on the beach. Room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Restaurant offered nice meals. Staff members were pleasant and efficient."
