Nice Hotel, perfect location, close to main attractions and most importantly Sbahn Ubahn stations. Room super clean , comfortable beds...quiet.. My room was very small, ideal for a couple with small luggage. No place to store bit suitecases or closet space to unpack... very minimal.. But again..great location, friendly staff, nice 24h bar and in the center close to grocery stores, department stores and so on...

Hotel is excellently located. Walking distance to everything and two minutes to metro station. Good ambiance. Staff was friendly. I would only ask to have TVs where we can change viewing language or at least be able to put subtitles.

Motel One is directly across from the Vienna Opera House, adjacent to the Karlplatz U-bahn station, and walkable to St.Stephens cathedral. It’s just off the Ring Road which makes it easy to get anywhere in Vienna. Great staff. Comfortable, new rooms, new decor, atrium, great breakfast (€15). We will definitely stay here again.

Absolutely amazing. Very continent location. The man greeting us at arrival was so kind and professional. We chose a room with a courtyard view and it was very quiet. We added the breakfast option and it was so worth the money. Excellent buffet with vegetables, cold meats, hard boiled eggs, sweet treats, coffee and juice. Upon arrival in the room, the tv turned on by itself and displayed a video of fireplace. Adorable. I would definitely come back again.

Very good location
Looks newly renovated hotel, very good location, close to main attractions, nearby metro stations, clean, and nice staff. We opted to exclude breakfast and only ate there once as there are other Cafes nearby with more selections, like at Cafe Museum.

Bare bones room. Can't move in the room. No safe, no water, no plugs, no closet, no phone. Stay somewhere else. Staff not friendly at desk and no food available. If you want a water be prepared to pay 6 euro for a bottle. Location is OK but that's only positive. No good cafes or restaurants anywhere close.

The property is ok however, THE ROOM WAS VERY SMALL. IT HAS NO AMEMITIES. NO MINI REFRIGERATOR, NO SAFE. NO TELEPHONE, NO WASH CLOTHS. THE ONLY THING IN THE ROOM WAS A PAPER CUP WHICH WAS NEVER REPLACED. BREAKFAST LIMITED. NO HOT FOOD.

The rooms did not have safes, which did not make me feel comfortable for travel. They also do not provide washcloths for your stay. The beds were extremely comfortable and one of the best nights sleep! Breakfast had good options for a quick bite before your day.

Location location, this hotel was close to old town Vienna. Everything was walking distance. The hotel was clean, comfortable and the reception were friendly and helpful. We would have liked a small fridge and tea/coffee making facilities but otherwise everything else was amazing.

Typical room here is quite small. College dorm rooms are bigger. having said that the rooms are clean, quiet and the hotel is ideally situated.

Fabulous hotel
I arrived early with the intention of leaving my luggage whilst I explored Vienna but fortunately my room was ready so I was able to check in 2 hours early. The staff were really nice and efficient. The hotel is well located near to the Opera House and the Hofburg. The room was fairly spacious for a single room and the bathroom was also a good size. The bed was comfortable and I was mesmerised by the fish scene playing on the TV! I would definitely stay here again if I was to return to Vienna.

Next to the Vienna State Opera
Hotel next to state opera and city center. Next to public transportation and restaurants. Hotel reception area great, bar area staff kind of rough. Room for 1 is spacious, clean, mattress ok. Breakfast was good.
