"The hotel is well situated and an ideal base for families who want a bit of a sanctuary away from the main hustle and bustle but still close enough you can walk to those areas in 10-15minutes. The rooms were well furnished, clean and beds super comfortable. The Hydropool was great to relax in at the end of a day sightseeing."

"Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet my expectations for a 4-star hotel. The breakfast had variety, but it was exactly the same every day. Also, when we needed an iron, we had to wait a full day because the hotel only had two steamers available for guests. Overall, I expected better service from a 4-star hotel."

"we love this hotel so much. it’s our second time coming here and we would even come back a third time! the hotel staff are so wonderful and kind. the rooms and amenities are very well kept and clean. the rooms are spotless and they are perfect sizes for travelling as well. the bar is also open 24/7 which is nice!"

"The rooms are old with minimal furniture. These are accommodations offered to students and by those standards, the condition is pretty poor, The bed was very high and not comfortable, the size was small and the room comforts were pretty poor considering the tariff Social Hub charged. The only positive thing, I can say is that it has a nice roof top bar. Very disappointed."

"The hotel was in a good location and walking distance to everything we wanted to do. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good also. Room was small for 3 people which is expected in Europe. Our only complaints were that the walls were very thin and we could hear people through the walls and the beds weren’t comfortable at all. So hard, even the pillows were hard."
