"Everything about our stay was excellent—we truly had no complaints. The hotel is on a quiet street yet just a short walk from all the main sights, which made the location ideal. The staff were outstanding. Alessandro gave us a detailed history of the hotel and the Medici family when we asked, and his knowledge and passion really stood out. The front desk team was also incredibly helpful, assisting us with printing some important documents we needed. I would recommend this location to any traveller"
