"Love how this hotel is conveniently located by Robson Street. The room is clean and the washroom is super relaxing, love the floor mat and L'Occitane toiletries. The front desk staff are helpful. There are complimentary bottled water in the room to stay hydrated. Overall a very pleasant stay and just as good as Sutton Place in Toronto, although not as spacious."

"This is our second stay here and hopefully wont be our last. It feels like our home away from home. Staff very helpful. Some construction noise during the day and early street noise but earplugs provided if needed"

"Staff was super friendly and the room was in great condition; quite karge and there was a balcony. The area around the hotel had lots of shops and great restaurants. Was very near the 19 and 250 buses which msde it easy to get around without a vehicle. "
