"This location was a short walk from the Duomo and Academia-David statue. The hotel is very nice, very clean, breakfast was fantastic and the staff super friendly. Check in and out was easy. There is a lot of roadwork going on so you will possibly be dodging that, however getting to the main Florence sites was easy from this location."

"I don’t often write reviews but this place was actually amazing. It looks unassuming on the outside - this is not a reflection of the inside!! Lovely helpful reception staff, brilliant quiet bedroom, comfy beds and fancy bathroom with lots of cool shampoos etc. free water, drinks and snacks and a brilliant breakfast included. Kids had a single bed each which was really important. 10/10. Didn’t use the spa areas so can’t comment on that. Definitely raising the standard of hotels!"

"Our stay at The Ruby Bea Hotel in Florence was a really great experience overall. The location couldn’t have been better—everything felt easily accessible, which made exploring the city so much more enjoyable. What stood out the most was the staff. They were incredibly kind and consistently helpful, whether it was giving directions, offering thoughtful recommendations, or helping us arrange a taxi. That level of service made a big difference and made us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. Breakfast was another highlight, especially if you’re trying to keep things a bit on the healthier side. There were solid options that didn’t feel overly heavy, which was a nice way to start each day. All in all, a comfortable and welcoming place to stay, especially if you value great service and a convenient location."

"Clean, renovated Quadruple room. There is noise at night from all the guest throughout the building, mostly students. Staff was very helpful, no fridge or microwave in the room."

"El hotel es bello, cómodo y céntrico, tuvimos problemas con el aire acondicionado, por suerte no hacía calor de verano, aun así volvería a elegirlo nuevamente, solo recomendaría mejor dinámica en el desayuno, hubo un solo empleado asistiendo, llegamos al salón de desayuno cerca de las 9:00 y ya no había mucho desayuno para elegir."
