"This is the third time I am staying at this location, and the last time I stayed the room was really cold and it took a while for it to warm up. So I messaged them and asked them if they could please leave the heater on and they did and it was wonderful! I always enjoy the citrus scented shampoo, conditioner and body wash is along with the lotion and bar soaps, and their Continental breakfast is nicer than others which includes yogurts packaged cheeses and pre-made breakfast sandwiches, not just pastries and toast. I would also say location, location, location is the main reason why I like to stay here. They are very close to the main touristy places like Pike place, and thanks to Seattle's great public transportation. A quick bus or train ride to any location you need to go to. I do wish they had a microwave along with the refrigerator, but the refrigerator is still nice to have. I will definitely be staying here again!"

"Beautiful aesthetic and a very clean room. 1st guy we talked to was a little passive aggressive, maybe having a bad start to his day but that’s alright! the second guy was super sweet as we were checking out. The only thing that sucks was the parking being valet only and having to pay 59 per night is a little crazy. But the beauty and placement of the hotel made up for it! Overall really nice stay. Would stay here again in the future!! "

"The rooms are small but nice. It’s a beautiful hotel. The lobby is nice and welcoming. The staff were amazing. The next time we come back to Seattle we are definitely staying again and a lot of that has to do with the staff. (Cleaning staff included. Incredibly sweet and attentive) We can’t wait to come back when the weather is nicer so we can utilize the rooftop. Only complaint to possibly have are the pillows are not the best. One isn’t enough but two is too much you know? But if the worst part of my stay is a pillow I think I will survive 😂"

"Lounge was excellent for breakfast. Also happy hour was great a t night for 1/2 price drinks and nibbles.Property was located central easy walking to all sights. "

"Room was a little small but worked out fine. Street noise was definitely noticeable but understandable for the area. Everything was clean. It was a little dated as well."
