Thank you for your review We replaced the microwave super quick so thanks for letting us know when you checked out. All guests get an email with their check in instructions which are very easy. Just message us with a time or if you need flexibility just message email or call 30 mins before you arrive and we will be their at the property to check you in. Important to check you emails or mail junk box so you get the instructions.

Thank you for offering your review. We are delighted you loved this apartment it is indeed in a great location with everything one needs.

The washing machine was added recently and guests love that we have added it along with drying racks but as you well know and many of our guests understand this apartment has no capacity or place for a tumble dryer due to design and layout. Previously guests would have accessed like most apartments the wonderful laundry facilities in town that has wifi and is close to shops. Glad you rated the apartment and neighbourhood so highly.
