"This place was great. Normally I stay at a major chain hotel in Shinjuku but I think I will be staying here from now on. The floor-to-ceiling windows let in so much light and the space is open and feels really airy. The powered window shades are also great when you want to sleep in too. "This is by far my favorite hotel that I've stayed in in Tokyo and I'll always leave a review every time I stay here. Despite being about an 8 minute walk to Ikebukuro Station, the location connected directly to Sunshine City Mall and the proximity to all the stores in Otome Road make this hotel the prime location for the last few days of my Japan trips to get all my shopping in. There's a convenient Family Mart located downstairs by the elevators and the lobby, luggage forwarding to different hotels, and direct access to the Airport Limousine that goes right to Haneda/Narita Airport so no need to deal with crowded trains or a taxi. Highly recommend the Deluxe Twin Room on a Panorama Floor for a bit more space and an unbeatable view!"

"The room was small but adequate for one person. The personal item amenities -- which may be picked up at reception --are good quality, individually packaged and prevent waste. The traditional breakfast buffet in the Annex was a great deal and had super delicious food. The luggage storage is fantastic! I arrived six hours before check in so it was helpful to leave my luggage at the hotel! There is a bus from Haneda that goes to the hotel and the hotel is in a very convenient location about 8 minutes from the Shinjuku train station."
