"Good location with short walk to the underground or Pier for boats, Breakfast was expensive and we had it once out of the 3 mornings. We had access to the VIP lounge which was a nice plus and a free upgrade to Executive room which was a nice touch as we were having a birthday celebration. Overall very good stay."

"Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by staff. My room was not ready even though it was just after check-in time. Not a really big deal but inconvenient after a long flight especially from a hotel that offers an early check-in option. I was going to be spending my days out enjoying the city so opted for a room without a window. The room was big for London standards, simple, clean, had a private bathroom, and TV. The shower needed a better clean as it was starting to mildew. Rooms are cleaned after the 3rd night, but if you need anything before then, just ask the front desk. The location of the hotel is minutes from Kingโs Cross/St Pancras Station and bus stops which makes it super convenient for all your transportation needs. There are also many places to eat and shop nearby. This hotel is good value for your money if youโre looking for no frills accommodations."
