"The staff is very attentive and accommodating, the hotel has a very intimate atmosphere and the breakfasts were excellent. The location near Buckingham Palace was very convenient. "
"Another great stay at The Dorchester. Incredibly well looked after and the rooms were lovely and comfortable. You can’t hear anything in the rooms which is really relaxing. Looking forward to our next stay in November. "

10/10 Excellent
"Check in friendly and efficient, room clean with everything you need. Bar had good choice and service was excellent.
Breakfast was good with lots of choice and good service "
"Hotel was very central for our trip, easy access to Waterloo station. Lobby could have used more sitting areas (chairs). Check in did not provide enough information. They were short with check in. We had a credit for not using room service but were not told it could only be used in the restaurant and not for breakfast which we planned on using it for. That was disappointing. Everything else was good. "
"In the heart of Piccadilly, excellent location, close to everything, so many food options around, close to Oxford street shopping district. Tourists attractions easy to access from this area. The rooms are extremely minimalist, a little table and a chair badly needed in the rooms, other than that comfortable stay newly remodeled."
"This hotel is super close to Buckingham Palace and one of the hop-on-hop-off bus tours. Rooms are cozy, bed was comfortable, and AC worked well. Would stay here again."
